Dexter Wansel is unquestionably one of the biggest influences in popular music today. Bringing his signature synth sounds (say that three times fast) to Philadelphia International Records in their hey day, Dexter has composed for Teddy Pendegrass, Lou Rawls, and a cavalcade of iconic musicians.
I had the honor to shoot an interview with him for Philly 360º, and listen to him play a micro-concert of some of his well known (and lesser known) hits.
