5 Ways to Step Out of the Matrix [and transform your stress into bliss]

The Matrix is what we refer to as the current state of society. Basically, an analogy for the ‘operating system’ that our society is currently based on. As  we can see, the laws of this operating system does not function for our highest good. It is based upon fear, death and greed. WE must step out of this system, into our own purified center of being. Want to know about it? Here you go…in 5 easy steps:

 Turn off the TV.

For reals, turn it off. Just shut it off. Try it, risk free, just for a week and see how it feels. No news, no housewives, no scandal, no Law and Order, no commercials. And if you must… go ahead and set your DVR to record your favorite shows so you have the option to always go back and watch later. That way you don’t even have to think about it. But for now… Just Say No….to the tell lie vision.

Sit in the Sun.

Lubricate your skin and spend an hour or two just laying out in the sunshine. No laptop, no phone, no book…just you and Earth’s energy source. The sun, not only gives us heat, light and energy, it is also a great source of information. Our skin is the largest organ on our body, receiving massive amounts of sensory information throughout the day. The sun downloads essential information to our skin into our DNA that helps with our DNA activation. *warning* Do not spend too much time directly in the sun light as it will cause sun burn and that hurts.

Get into Nature.

When your bare feet are planted into the grass, sand, or water you have tapped out of the Matrix. The Matrix does not exist in nature. Nature is our purest form. The trees are pure love, the flowers exist in absolute bliss and the grass represents wholeness and peace. Start with your backyard or your local park. Then move up to your local nature reserve where you can sit deep within the trees. Schedule to go during a time where you don’t have to rush and you can take your sweet Georgia Brown time.

Just grab a blanket (or not) and sit outside, plant your bare feet deep into the earth and talk to the trees. Express your gratitude for being. And if there is something weighing heavily on your heart, tell them. Tell the trees, the grass, the sand, the lady bug sitting by you. Keep a quiet mind and an open heart to receive help. Help may come in inspired thought, ideas and/or synchronicities. Have no expectations; just know that you are heard. Listen to your intuition and be ready for change. Nature is bliss. Eat raw/live foods.

You don’t have to be vegan, vegetarian, raw foodist or a pelican to eat raw. You don’t even have to make a mass announcement about it or change your facebook status. You only need to make an intention (and take action) to eat raw foods with every meal. And when we say ‘raw’ we don’t mean bloody meats or crunchy rice. We are talking about uncooked fresh fruits, vegetables or nuts. Start with a fresh pear or apple for breakfast. A tangerine for snack and a tasty serving of romaine, kale and/or spinach salad for lunch/dinner does the trick.

Like the sun and nature, fresh [alive, uncooked] fruits and vegetables hold tremendous amounts of information and nutrients for our mind, body and soul. The purpose of eating is to provide our bodies with nutrients and energy that help to keep us alive. It is an exchange. We cannot receive adequate amounts of energy or nutrients from food that is dead (frozen, microwaved, cooked). Although these foods are tasty, it is essential that we supplement our diets with foods that are ALIVE, in order to get LIVE energy. get it? got it? good. J

Breathe Deep.

Simple enough right? yep. You can even start now. Take 5 deep breaths. And when we say deep, we mean doctor’s office deep. First, sloooowly inhale through your nose as deep as you can………………..hold it [for about 2 seconds]….then exhale sloooooooooowly through your mouth [count to 10]…………………………………………………………………..hold for 2 seconds…..rinse and repeat.

Do this when you first wake up in the morning, in the shower, at the stop light on your way to work, when you feel like hitting your co-worker over the head with a brick, while getting fussed at by your boss or teacher, before you eat your delicious raw salad ;), when the internet is slow, while waiting for the bus, in nature, while cooking dinner, before you pick up the kids, after the kids go to bed and before you close your eyes for sleepy time [and any other time in between]. It’s always the perfect time to breathe deep. Try it multiple times during the day. And let us know how it makes you feel.

Breathing deep is a stress killer. It transforms stress into bliss. Our body needs oxygen. Lack of oxygen leads to brain damage or death. Many times we take short shallow breathes which causes our body to constrict. When our body is tight and in a constrict state, we cannot experience abundance because our bodies are in a state of lack. Free yourself. Breathe Deep.
